Conwy Page 3.
Conwy is on the North Wales coast, and is
the location of one of the regions finest castles. Built by Edward I at
the end of the thirteenth century, Conwy Castle is spectacular, and the
town lies within it's boundary walls.
The quiet atmosphere of the town nestling
beside the Conwy Estuary attracts many holidaymakers and sightseers. An
ideal place in North Wales to just chill out. Often referred to as Conway,
which is the anglicised version of the town name.
