Rhondda Valleys Information and History High Resolution Photographs of the Rhondda Valleys in Glamorgan. These are images of the Rhondda Valleys that do not really belong on any special pages. In some cases they are photographs of Rhondda people long forgotten and unidentifiable. These three newspaper cuttings showing the first and last of the Rhondda Trams are sent courtesy of my cousin Jan Fehribach (nee Howells), whose family originally lived in Penygraig. A friend of mine - Steve Robbins - took these photos going over the Rhigos mountain. They are views towards the Brecon Beacons. If you have any photos or postcards to share with us please scan them
in at least 1280 pixels wieth and email them to us at here.
There is an excellent new website with high resolution old photos of
the United Kingdom (including the Rhondda Valleys) at
www.oldukphotos.com Search the entire site.
