Fred is a self taught artist living in the Rhondda Valleys, and (in 2008) an octogenarian - he is not putting any of the paintings up for sale, only to view for your pleasure.

Fred's work impressed me when I was introduced to his work by Gerald Owen, who along with Elwyn Thomas persuaded him to display his work on this Rhondda website.
