Horses are amongst just a handful of creatures that have become very close companions and of great use to humans. Their strength, speed and intelligence have helped us to fight wars, prepare the land for growing food, hunt animals, and of course simply in leisure activities like racing, polo, cross country and for leisure riding.
Man and horse sometimes seem to behave as one, and I cannot but marvel at these wonderful beasts.
