The history of Mold includes battles with Anglo Saxons, and between the Welsh Princes and the Normans. Mold is beaming with history.
Any visitor to North Wales would not do too much better than to book accommodation in Mold and spend a little holiday there.
Culturally, quite a progressive town, with its own Theatre, which also hosts art exhibitions and much more.
The town was built up during the Industrial Revolution due to extensive mining of Lead and Coal in the area.
